BIO 

X.O BAND formed in the fall of 1996. What started out as a pastime for the college scene in Atlanta GA. became a movement for the students from the Washington, D.C. area now tagged with the name DMV combining D.C. Maryland & Virginia. The sound was Go-Go music. This music is unique to Washington, D.C. and was created by the late great Chuck Brown between the late 60's and early 70's. With Atlanta's love for live music X.O BAND decided to consistently perform around the city becoming Atlanta's first established Go-Go Band. 

Since setting up themselves in Atlanta, X.O BAND has performed with or on the same ticket as renowned local artist as well as national artist. Some of these artists are Mos Def, Erykah Badu, Goapele, Common Sense, Raphael Saadiq, Joi, Sleepy Brown, Killer Mike, and PJ Morton. X.O BAND continues to extend their sound around Atlanta & the surrounding cities. By fusing their sound with Soul, R&B, Hip Hop, Funk, Rock and Caribbean music, X.O makes for the ultimate party band.
